How to Cook Steam Fish Curry

  • 200 Grams Fish meat or any meat
  • 1 ½ Teaspoons Red curry paste
  • 1 Egg
  • ½ Teaspoons Salt
  • ⅓ Cups Coconut milk
  • Fresh chili
  • Kaffir lime leaves
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Chop the fish meat as a mince

    Step 2

    Add red curry paste , u can use blender to mix fish and curry paste together

    Step 3

    After mixed we'll add an egg

    Step 4

    Put some salt and coconut milk and mixed them all together again

    Step 5

    Now I use small foils cup ..add Chinese cabbages or u can use other vegi as basil .. Put them at the bottom of the cups

    Step 6

    Then add the fish in it, prepare steamer ready to use

    Step 7

    Put them the steamer and add kaffir lime leaves on top with chili. Steam them in high heat about 20 mins

    Step 8

    After they cook u can add a bit coconut milk on top turn off the stove

    Step 9

    Now u will have yummy steam fish curry
