To start off cut 3 cloves of garlic in tiny bits and put in a bowl. It may look like a lot of garlic but don't worry we just want some of the taste, most of it won't be going into your plate.
Add 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil to your bowl.
Cut 1lime in half and squeeze the juice out of it into your bowl. I use the whole lime but if that's your first time mixing lime juice with meat start with half. It will add an after taste to it.
Add 2 pinches of black pepper and a pinch of salt. Play around with the seasoning according to your taste :).
Choose a nice fresh beef. Make sure you wash it.
Deep the meat into the sauce and make sure it is well spread all over it. Note: if you have time you can let the steak marinade for 20-40 minutes for a deeper taste.
Now place the beef and all the liquid part into a frying pan on MEDIUM heat.
You will need to keep it on medium heat until the inside of the meat is cooked. It usually takes up to 5 minutes.
After 5 min on medium heat turn the cooker on maximum and fry it for an extra 2-3 minutes till it acquires a golden colour. Put most of the garlic pieces on the side, all the taste is now in your beef
