How to Cook Spinach Stuffed Grilled Chicken Breast

Truly delicious spinach, onion and feta stuffed chicken breasts.

Supplies

  • ¼ Cups Crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 Pieces of chicken
  • 1 Cup Spinach
  • 1 Teaspoon Blackpepper
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Olive oil
  • 1 Teaspoon Lemon zest
  • 1 Small chopped
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Simple ingredient, this is all you need!

    Step 2

    In the large non-stick skillet, heat olive oil; sauté onion until golden, five minutes.

    Step 3

    Wilt spinach (steam or heat damp in pan); stir in lemon zest, feta, salt and pepper.

    Step 4

    set aside.

    Step 5

    Put the mixture on top of chicken, roll up and insecure with toothpicks.

    Step 6

    Put in oven baked for 10 minutes and then take it out.

    Step 7

    In same skillet, heat remaining oil over medium-high heat. Cook chicken, turning occasionally until golden brown and cooked through, about 10 minutes

    Step 8

    Done! Serve with rosted brussels sprouts and tomatoes. Yum!
