How to Cook Spinach Crepes

  • Bechamel sauce
  • Crepes
  • Mozzarella

  • Instructions

    Step 1

    For the crepes get flour, eggs, milk, olive oil or butter, salt and sugar, mix all together, it has to be between thick and thin, I'm clear?

    The pan has to be hot once it's hot get the flame low and put butter, add the crepes batter all over the pan to get a thin and golden crepe

    Step 4

    Chop the spinach

    Step 5

    For the béchamel we need to make a roux( same amount of flour and butter to make the sauce thicker

    Step 6

    Let cook the flour with the butter till you get a nice golden color then add the milk and wait till it's thick enough

    Like this 😋 make check the flavor add salt, pepper and some herbs like thyme, bay leaf, oregano

    Step 8

    Start cooking the spinach whit onion add some of the béchamel and Parmesan

    Step 9

    Role up the crepe whit the spinach and cut it in 3 like in the picture

    Step 10

    Put the sauce on top of the crepes put some slices of mozzarella and melt it, top it whit paprika and some micro greens 😍
