First step is to soak the green chilies in vinegar. Leave it as long as possible. But if short of time 1 hour should be ok. More chillies can be added if u like .
Cook chicken in a pot of salty water. Drain it and cut into small pieces
Heat oil in a wok and put the diced onions . Fry till they r lightly browned.
Add the chilies along with the soaked in vinegar. Sauté Till vinegar dries up.
Add the chicken and mix
Add the soy sauce and stir it well. The chicken has to soak up all the juices. Dry fry for abt 2-3 mins
Voila .... It's done !! Those chillies taste amazing (not too hot!!) so does the chicken. Eat it as a side dish or serve it as an appetiser
