How to Cook Sauteed Seafood!

  • 1 ½ Cups Peeled shrimp
  • 1 Cup Cleaned calamari
  • 1 Tablespoon Powdered ginger
  • ¾ Cups Chicken broth
  • 1 Tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 ½ Tablespoons Corn flour
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive oil
  • ¼ Cups Water
  • 1 Cup Green onion
  • ½ Cups Choped carrots
  • 2 Tablespoons Garlic
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Put half oil on the wok when it is hot add the shrimps and calamari

    Step 2

    Mix chicken broth, soy sauce, flour. In other recipent mix minced garlic and ginger

    Step 3

    Chop the green onion

    Step 4

    Stir the seafood until it is ready

    Step 5

    When it is ready remove it!

    Step 6

    Add oil, garlic and ginger.

    Step 7

    Add the carrots and water. When the water boiled add the seafood

    Step 8

    Add the green onion

    Step 9

    Add the chicken broth, soy sauce...

    Step 10

    Stir! It'll be ready when the carrot becomes soft!
