How to Cook Salmon-Tuna Melt

Supplies

  • 6 Ounces Can Of tuna
  • 6 Ounces Can Of salmon
  • ½ Small lemon squeezed
  • 1 ½ Cups Sharp cheddar cheese
  • 5 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 6 Dashes of hot sauce
  • 6 Dashes of Worcestershire sauce
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 4 Hamburger buns or English muffins
  • 4 Hungry mouths
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Drain cans of fish and rinse with water for about 3-4seconds

    Step 2

    Press/stir fish until it becomes small flakes like this

    Step 3

    Combine all ingredients: 1/2 small lemon squeezed, A few spins of pepper (to taste). 6 dashes of each hot sauce-Worcestershire sauce. 1c sharp cheddar cheese. 4-6 tbls mayo for desired moisture.

    Step 4

    Blend all ingredients

    Step 5

    Cut bun in half.

    Step 6

    Broil or toast till golden brown

    Step 7

    Cover entire bun with mixture

    Step 8

    Top with cheese

    Step 9

    Toast or broil until cheese is dark golden brown. Allow for a little bit extra exposure to heat to allow meat to get hot in center

    Step 10

    Serve and enjoy. ( I like to put pepper on top with some added hot sauce) Yum
