Bake salmon in salt and pepper and chill for an hour in fridge

Step 5

Sautéed veggies in butter and herbs

Step 6

Once veggies have chilled in fridge as well flake salmon

Step 7

Add two eggs , mayo , mustard bread crumbs mix to make batter with salmon

Step 8

Mix in veggies

Step 9

Create small cakes and dust in flour before frying

Step 10

Fry on each side for 4 minuets

Place on paper to absorb grease
