How to Cook Russian Borscht!

It may take some time but the soup will be very yummy


  • meat with bones 1 lb
  • Onion 2 pcs
  • Carrot 2 pcs
  • Potato 3 pcs
  • Cabbage 1/2
  • Beets 1 pcs
  • Olive oil
  • Water 8 cups
  • Salt, black pepper, bay leaf
  • Tomato paste 4 tbsp
  • Garlic 3 pcs
  • Dill

    a pot with water, put on the stove and put the meat

    begins to boil, remove the foam from the meat

    slice the potatoes. Add the meat and add chopped onion is not tightly close the lid and cook for 40-50min. at low heat

    Fry the onions, carrots, beets and , add tomato paste ,and spices
