How to Cook Roasted Veggie Paratha

Made this paratha with my own imagination turned out well so sharing with everyone. Would like to have some feedback on it 😊


  • Whole wheat flour
  • 1 Capsicum
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Green chillies
  • Salt
  • ½ Teaspoons Carrom seeds
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Roast all the veggie on open flame

    Step 2

    Peal the burn skin off and put in the blender

    Step 3

    Make a puree of it

    Step 4

    Add salt to it

    Step 5

    Carrom seeds (ajwain) to it.

    Step 6

    Add chopped corainder leaves

    Step 7

    Add flour as needed and knead it well

    Step 8

    Use flour as needed and make it to a nice firm dough and let it rest for 15 min

    Step 9

    Take a small ball of dough apply some flour to so it doesnt stick when its rolled out

    Step 10

    Roll it out thin

    Step 11

    Put on a hot pan

    Step 12

    Apply oil on one side and flip it

    Step 13

    Paratha is ready

    Step 14

    You can serve it with curd and any Indian style pickle.
