How to Cook Rhubarb & Ginger Jam Very Easy

Supplies

  • 3 kilograms rhubarb
  • 3 kilograms Sugar jam
  • 3 Lemon
  • 4 Inches Ginger
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    That more than 3 kg here of Rhubarb that I grow in my back yard but u only need 3 kg. ...... I made crumble with the rest

    Jam sugar 3 bags

    3 lemon

    4 inches of ginger

    Cut the Rhubarb in small same as the ones in the next step

    3 kg Measure it

    Add it to a big sauce pan. No cooking/heat on yet

    Add the zits of all the 3 lemon

    That's the 3 lemon zest in there

    You will have to add all the 3 lemon juice in there

    That's only the ginger you need And you can add more if you want for hotter taste

    Leave it over night or till it become like this. It will taste soo good here don't eat too much

    When it's like this You can start cooking on low heat. I took this video in the next day

    Half way to be ready I think its been one hour and half here

    After 3 hours cooking the jam. Put a small plate in the fridge for 10 minutes then take it out of the fridge

    Add a little bit of jam on the plate leave it for 30 seconds

    Do like what I did in the video and make sure that jam make some kind of layers/skins. That's mean it's ready.
