You can sprinkle a dash of chili, a dash of pepper and a pinch of salt.

Heat oven to 190C / fan oven 170C. Roast the potatoes for 25 mins, then take them out of the oven. Make 2 triangles with 3-3 slices of potato and break the eggs into the triangles.

Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and place them between the potatoes. Put them back in the oven for another 5-8 mins than serve straight away. Bon appétit
