How to Cook Quick Delicious Tom Yam Soup

Supplies

  • 6 Cups Chicken stock
  • 1 Lemongrass
  • 3 Cloves of garlic
  • 1 Red chilli
  • Ginger
  • 3 Kaffir lime leaves
  • 14 Prawns
  • 3 Muchhrooms
  • Pak choi (or any green veg i love sugar snaps too)
  • ⅓ Coriander finely chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Fish sauce
  • ½ Cups Coconut milk
  • Glass noodles or rice noodles
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Garlic chillies ginger and upper part of lemongrass blend it together and put aside for later

    Step 2

    Keep the upper part of lemon grass and kaffir lime leaves for the chicken stock

    Step 3

    6 cups of chicken stock add lemongrass and 3 kaffir lime leaves and boil for 6 min

    Step 4

    Add the blended paste to the pot and cook for another 6 min

    Step 5

    Add prawns and mushroom to the pot

    Step 6

    Add pak choi or any green veg of ur choice and cook for 5 min

    Step 7

    Put the coriander and glass\rice noodles in the serving bowl

    Step 8

    Add coconut milk and fish sauce into cooking pot stir it well and serve with coriander and noodles ... Enjoy
