How to Cook Pumpkin Purée

  • 1 Pumpkin
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Cut top off pumpkin and remove seeds (save them if you'd like).

    Step 2

    Step 3

    Cut in half. Then quarter.

    Step 4

    Scoop out guts.

    Step 5

    Place on roasting trays with an inch of water.

    Step 6

    Bake at 375F for 1 hour.

    Step 7

    Step 8

    Step 9

    Scoop flesh out with spoon.

    Step 10

    Blend in batches.

    Step 11

    Freeze what you don't use!
