I'm super excited to get an actifry and try it out. This was my first experiment. You could also do this in the oven if you wanted for 45 minutes on probably 400 Fahrenheit.

Stir the potatoes. I added in onions to the initial mixture but they cook much faster. I would add them in about 20 mins into cooking.

Put the potatoes and 1-2 tbsp of olive oil in your actifry for 40-45 minutes. You could also put this in the oven at 400 Fahrenheit for the same time. Make sure you stir every 10 mins or so.
