Pork Belly with Rib.
Spare Ribs cut 1" thick
Dried Bamboo has been soaked in water for past 4 days. Changing water daily.
Bring the dried bamboo to a boil.
Dried Bamboo may be hard to find. So says my mother. Substitute with this Bamboo. Rinse clean and boil for 1-2 minutes.
Cook ribs to remove blood and whatever it is
Scrape the skin of the pork belly
Remove Ribs after all red is cooked off
Do the same to the pork belly
Rinse the Ribs
Remove Pork belly after a quick cook until all redness is gone

Place in Thermal Pot. Add ginger and scallion
Add cooking wine
Add soy sauce
This is how much you add. And that's the thermal inner pot
Add Rock Sugar
Add water so that liquid is even with the meat
Bring to a Boil
Give it a Stir once in awhile
Taste. My mom never tracks cooking time

Rinse the bamboo after boiling
Add the Bamboo
After Boiling for about and Hour. Remove all the meat and Bamboo in separate containers. Meat and Bamboo
