Boil pork for 5 mins, then get rid of blood in raw pork and foam on boiled water.
Add oil and sugar in pan.
when sugar become dark red, put boiled pork, onion, ginger and garlic in pan.
Then add Pepper and Star anise seed.
Keep heat oil, then add salt.
After the pork became dark color, add hot water.
Add soybean sauce.
Add cooking wine.
Cook on low heat for about 20mins.
