Start by thawing the spinach. If you don't have ready-sliced tomatoes, slice them so that all the ingredients are ready to use.
Slice the chicken into smaller pieces. Then fry the chicken in some oil or butter.
When the chicken has got some color, add the garlic. I used a garlic press. Then add the spinach.
Ad the tomatoes..
..and the cream. Stir.
Allow to simmer a couple of minutes. Add salt and pepper to your liking.
Serve with your favorite pasta, I used pappardelle.
