Assemble your ingredients.
Pour enough water over the pasta to cover it by about a half inch.
Preheat your Combi oven to 212F (100C) in steam mode.
Load your pan of pasta into the oven.
Set the oven for 20 minutes at 212F (100C) in steam mode.
After 20 minutes remove your pasta.
The pasta should be perfectly Al dente.
Pour the pasta into a colander.
Rinse well with cold water.
Shake off excess water.
Place back into the original pan.
Coat lightly with olive oil.
Season lightly with salt.
You can reheat in bulk by steaming at 212° F for 2 minutes or by tossing into hot sauce a la carte.
