How to Cook Parmesan Crusted Chicken

Supplies

  • 3 Chicken breast
  • 2 Tablespoons Basil
  • 2 Tablespoons Parsley
  • 2 Cups Panko breading
  • 5 Eggs
  • ½ Cups Grated Parmesan cheese
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Season your chicken with salt, pepper and garlic powder

    Step 2

    Prepare your dry ingredients

    Step 3

    Place 5 eggs in a mixing bowl

    Step 4

    Add the basil and parsley

    Step 5

    Mix the eggs and add the cheese

    Step 6

    This is my favorite brand of Panko

    Step 7

    Dip your chicken into the egg bath and then to the Panko breading. Repeat if you want a thick crust.

    Step 8

    Drizzle a little bit of olive oil onto your baking dish before you place the chicken in it.

    Step 9

    Bake for 40 minutes at 375 degrees.

    Step 10

    They are golden and crispy.

    Step 11

    To make a sauce for your dish, use minced garlic, parsley and minced shallots.

    Step 12

    Juice of 1 lemon

    Step 13

    sauté your garlic

    Add shallots

    Step 15

    1/2 cup of cooking wine

    Step 16

    Squeeze in your lime juice and add your cooking wine.

    Step 17

    Serve over pasta
