Cut the mushrooms like this (make 4 pieces from each). Arrange other ingredients close to you. I strictly practice this to avoid forgetting a single ingredient in my dishes. :P
Heat oil in a pan and fry chopped onions till they are lightly golden. Add the mushrooms and sauté them for 2 minutes. Pre-cooked shrimps will join the mushrooms now. Few seconds later add
3-4 tsp of grated garlic, 4 slit Thai green chillies and salt to your taste. Keep stirring all of them well on med-high heat. Now goes the green pepper. Cook it for a minute. Let's season it with some
crushed black pepper, red chilli sauce, soya sauce and the mixed herbs or ready made seasoning powder. I used the one in this picture. Let's stir fry them all together really well for 3-4 minutes.
You will know by its nice and dark colour and stir fried texture that it's ready to serve now. It goes really amazing with some plain veg fried rice. Wallah!!
