How to Cook Paleo Pumpkin Pancakes

Supplies

  • 4 Large eggs
  • 4 Large egg whites
  • 1 Cup Canned pumpkin
  • ½ Cups Almond flour
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking powder
  • ¼ Cups Coconut milk
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
  • ½ Teaspoons Nutmeg
  • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter or coconut oil
  • Optional: crushed pecans
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    In a large bowl Add 4 large eggs and 4 large egg whites. Caged free and raised in their natural environment is best

    Step 2

    Add 1 cup of canned pumpkin

    Step 3

    Add 1/2 cup almond flour

    Step 4

    Add 1 teaspoon baking powder

    Step 5

    Add 1/4 cup coconut milk

    Step 6

    Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla

    Step 7

    Add 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg

    Step 8

    Add 1 teaspoon cinnamon

    Step 9

    Add 1-2 tablespoons of butter or coconut oil

    Step 10

    mix it all up...

    Until it is a smooth batter

    Step 12

    Put stove on medium heat and coat your griddle or skillet with butter

    Step 13

    Make your pumpkin pancakes! Heat for about 3 minutes on one side and 1-2 minutes on the other side

    Until they look golden brown
