How to Cook Paleo Friendly Lettuce Wraps

These are very flavorful, pretty easy to make and also are paleo-friendly!


  • 3 chicken breasts cooked and chopped
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 6 Ounces Mushrooms, chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Raw Honey
  • 1 Tablespoon Ginger
  • 3 Tablespoons White wine vinegar
  • 4 Cloves garlic minced
  • 2 Teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 Tablespoons Sriracha
  • 10 Romaine Lettuce leaves
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Chop the mushrooms. I used two different kinds so feel free to experiment.

    Step 2

    Chop the green onions.

    Step 3

    I cooked three chicken breasts and chopped them but you can also use ground chicken.

    Step 4

    Measure the honey, vinegar, ginger, Dijon mustard, sriracha and garlic

    Step 5

    Place chicken, mushrooms and onions in a large skillet over medium heat until mushrooms and onions begin to soften.

    Step 6

    Add all other ingredients, stir in and let all juices cook through.

    Step 7

    Serve with lettuce leaves.
