Make Pad Tai sauce
Boil tamarind liquid and palm sugar until smooth.
When sauce smooth. Add fish sauce and stir. Finish sauce^^
Cook Pad Tai
Fried tofu until golden brown.
Add an egg and stir-fried.
Add noodle stir-fired with 1 tsp water.
Add Pad Tai sauce 2 tbsp and stir-fired.
Add Chinese leeks, dried shrimp and Bean sprouts. Stir-fired a few sec.
Serve with Chinese leeks, Bean sprouts and banana blossom
