Gather some Okra. The smaller more tender the better
Cut the tip off
Select soft tomatoes. Dice them in medium size chunks
Pick out large garlic and remove the skin
Slice them like this
In a pot heat some oil
In a low flame Salute the garlic. Don’t let it brown or burn it
Add the Okra and mix it. Mix it twice more
Add the tomatoes and mix it well
Add tomato purée, salt, pepper, chilli flakes and chilli powder and mix it well. On low flame cover it and let it soften.
Add tiny amount of water after 5 minutes and let it cook until soft with the lid covered on a low flame
Serve it with your choice of bread, diced onions & reddish.
