How to Cook My Mom's Spaghetti!

Supplies

  • 1 Pounds Ground beef
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Green pepper
  • 4 Garlic clove
  • ⅓ Cups White wine
  • 1 Quart Tomato sauce
  • 3 Cups Tomato paste
  • 2 Tomato
  • Water
  • Salt and pepper
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Beef in the pan! Season!! (Salt and pepper) do not over cook! Then strain!

    Step 2

    While beef is straining, add a touch of oil and in goes the veggies! Season!!!! Once they are soft deglaze (pour in) white wine.

    Step 3

    And reduce, then add meat back and tomato, tomato sauce and paste. And add Italian seasonings to taste. Water to thin down to desired consistency.

    Step 4

    Once everything is ready, move to a double boiler to prevent scorching! Let cook for one hour. ENJOY!!!
