Once your hand hurts and you made sure you grinded most of the garlic, add one more egg yolk and more olive oil... Keep grinding.
Add more olive oil while grinding when the aioli starts to get thick. Keep grinding and grinding and grinding. It should look smoother now.
Keep adding the olive oil while grinding at least 4 times. It should expand and get creamy. Just keep adding the olive oil and grind until it tastes right to you. Try it with some baguette.
And done! You should try it with some Serrano Ham and some bread, it makes an awesome appetizer. Don't forget to comment!
