How to Cook Mutton Tikka

There is vitamin B in goat meat, which helps burn fat in your body. Mutton Tikkis are good resource of protein and lower in saturated fat than beef. It’s good for you who are on a diet.

Supplies

  • 500 Grams Lamb
  • ½ Teaspoons Turmeric powder
  • 2 Teaspoons Jerra powder
  • 2 Teaspoons Coriander powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Garam masala
  • 2 Teaspoons Lime juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Onions paste
  • 1 Cup Chopped coriander
  • 1 Teaspoon Chopped garlic
  • Vegetable oil
  • 2 Teaspoons Ginger garlic paste
  • 2 Teaspoons Red chilli powder
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Take the chopper

    Step 2

    Lamb 500 gms bone less

    Step 3

    Put it in the chopper to mince the lamb cubes

    Step 4

    Place the lid and chop it

    Step 5

    Chop it to make fine and equal proportion.

    Step 6

    Now chop for second time to get the consistency

    Step 7

    Now take out the minced lamb in a bowl and marinate

    Step 8

    Make some fine paste of onions and chopped coriander for marination.

    Step 9

    Jeera and coriander powder for ingredients...

    Step 10

    Now add the ingredients: salt/red chilli powder/chopped ginger/lime juice/ginger garlic paste/turmeric powder/vegetable oil/coriander powder/jeera powder/garam masala

    Mix it thoroughly and keep in refrigerator for 3 hrs

    Step 12

    After marination take the mixed mixture and make tikkis... now take a pan heat the oil and shallow fry the tikkis
