Use one bunch of mustard grrens
Wash and rinse mustard greens
Combine pork, chicken, 1tsp salt, 1/2 tsp of raw sugar, 2tbs of fish sauce, 1tsp of chicken bouillon, 1 knob of ginger and bring to a boil. Skim then simmer for 30 minutes.
Add fish sauce to taste and the add mustard greens
