Chop onions, smash garlic, and chop parsley
Now time to wash mussels
You may need to debeard some of the mussels.
Throw out any broken or cracked ones.
Add all ingredients into large pot. And mix it up!
Add olive oil
Add white wine
Mix it all up again! Let boil at about a 7 or 8
Leave slightly uncovered and boil for about 10- 15 minutes
Lightly toast the bread.
Once they have all opened and you have stirred them to rotate the top to the bottom. You are ready to eat!
