If you like the flavor of garlic, you can always add more cloves. I usually put around 5 cloves in this dish.
Mix garlic, miso paste, soy sauce, cooking wine and sugar in a bowl. Microwave it for 40sec. Remember, do not microwave it for too long or it will splash all over your microwave.
Slice pork lion into any shape you like.
Mix pork lion with cornstarch evenly.
Slice cucumber for later.
Pan fry pork till it lightly turn brown with low heat.
Add miso sauce mixture and stir fry with pork until the smell fills up in the air.
Place cooked miso pork on top of the sliced cucumber and Tah da~ it's ready to be served!
