Sour cream topping needs 4 oz sour cream, 2 Tbsp sugar, and 1/2 tsp vanilla extract.
Preheat oven to 325 degrees and put a vanilla wafer in each liner
Just cream cheese and sugar
Mix on low-medium
Add vanilla extract
Scrap the sides and continue mixing on low-medium
In the cupcake liners
Put a pan of water in the oven and bake for 25 minutes
Done and so moist!
While cheesecakes are cooling, make the sour cream topping. Combine sour cream, sugar, and vanilla extract
Once cheesecakes are cool, add sour cream topping!
