How to Cook Microwave Cookie

Supplies

  • 1 Tablespoon Unsalted butter (room temperature)
  • ½ Tablespoons Sugar
  • ½ Tablespoons Brown sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Beaten egg
  • 2 ½ Tablespoons Pastry flour
  • ⅛ Teaspoons Baking soda
  • 1 Tablespoon Chocolate chips
  • 1 Pinch Salt
  • Vanilla extract
  • Small ramekin or microwavable cup
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Put the butter in a small ramekin

    Step 2

    Combine softened butter and both sugars

    Step 3

    Stir well with a spoon

    Step 4

    Stir in beaten egg and vanilla extract

    Step 5

    Stir in flour, baking soda and salt until combined

    Step 6

    Stir in chocolate chips

    Step 7

    Microwave on high for 40 seconds

    Step 8

    Let rest for 10 seconds before devouring

    Step 9
