Set the stove to 6 or 7 and put ½ cup of oil in a medium sized pan
Put 2 cups of rice in the pan and brown the rice.
As the rice is browning cut half of a tomato, long ways, then turn horizontally and cut the tomato again, and you will end up with diced tomato. Same with the onion. And a spoon of your precut garlic.

Once the rice is brown, gather the rice onto one side of the pan and take the extra oil out of the pan.
Take the oil out with your spoon
Once you take the oil out put all the Vegetables in and mix in with the rice
Pour about 1 ¾ cups of water
Take your cooking spoon and fill it half way with the Tomato bouillon. Since we're using a medium sized pan it takes at least 2 ¼ of tomato bouillon. This step is all about your preferred flavor
Cover the rice
Let the rice bubble a little and lower the stove to 4. Let the rice cook and check on it every 10 minutes. Do not stir. Just dig the spoon into the rice to see how much water is left.
As the rice starts to run out of water check on it every 5 minutes. You will know the rice is done when there is no water left. Do not leave it to long the rice will start sticking to the pan.
Once the rice is done remove from the stove. Hope you enjoy this delicious rice!
