Begin browning the beef and cover.
Start frying the vermicelli in oil in a separate skillet.
Cut up any vegetables you wish to use. We prefer onion, tomatoes and lots of cilantro.
Warm up about a pint full of water.
Add preferred spices to beef.
Add in the vermicelli and vegetables.
Add half of the warmed water and cover for about 2 minutes. Then, add the rest of the water and cover for a final 5 to 7 minutes more.
The final dish served with BBQ beans.
