Combine Milk and Vinegar and set aside for 5 minutes to "sour" - Gather the rest of the ingredients
Combine the "Dry Ingredients" in a mixing bowl. Whisk egg and butter into the "soured" milk
Pour the milk mixture into the flour mixture
Whisk until lumps are gone.
Heat a non-stick skillet and pour 1/2 c batter.
Cook until bubbles appear on top and flip with a spatula.
