Marinate minced meat with soya sauce, pepper & sesame oil.
Chop garlic into small bits.
Chop off and discard the head of the leeks.
Chop the rest into pieces & wash them clean.
Panfry garlic till golden brown.
Add in minced meat and stir well.
Add in the chopped leeks and season with soya sauce to taste. Cover the lid and let it cook for 5-8mins till soft before serving.
