How to Cook Lamb Liver Fry Masala

Lamb Liver Fry Masala is good for new mom's who just gave birth to li'l prince/princess..


  • 250 Grams Lamb Liver
  • 2 Teaspoons Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 Teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 2 Tablespoons Oil
  • 2 Teaspoons Corriander powder
  • ΒΌ Cups Corriander leaves
  • 1 Β½ Teaspoons Lime juice
  • 1 Cup Chopped onions
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Take 250 g of fresh Lamb Liver clean with water...

    Step 2

    Add milk to take out the bitterness of Liver... Keep aside for 30 min.

    Step 3

    After 30 min take out the milk residue...

    Step 4

    Then add 1tsp ginger garlic paste, 1tsp of red chilli powder and 2tsp oil... Salt to taste.. Mix it in a PAN and then fry for 5-7 min in medium flame...

    Step 5

    Stir it so that the ingredients will not stick to the pan.

    Step 6

    After 7 min it looks like this...we should not over cook the liver otherwise it will become like a rubber which is hard to eat..

    Step 7

    Now take out the liver cubes and in the same pan add some oil and heat it...

    Step 8

    Now add chopped onions, 1tsp ginger garlic paste...

    Step 9

    Then add the fried cubes to the pan and add 1 tsp coriander powder stir it and cook for 2-3 min in medium flame.

    Step 10

    Then add garam masala and chopped coriander leaves..

    Step 11

    Then garnish with coriander leaves and sprinkle 1tsp of lime juice...Now that's it mouth watering Lamb Liver Fry Masala is ready!!!🍴🍲🍲🍲🍴 this is good for New Mom's!! πŸ‘
