You can use left over rice to cook or cook new rice but make sure you add lesser water so that your rice will not be too soft.
Open the Can, cut ham into cubes.
Stir-fry ham without any oil added.
Add the Kimchi without the sauce. Keep the sauce for the later part of the cooking.
Add the rice, kimchi sauce, soya sauce and stir well until the rice changes colour.
