Prepare water just enough to cover the whole egg, and carefully put the egg into the water. Turn on the stove. Keep stiring the egg, to keep the egg yoke in the middle, until the water boil..
Once the water boils, turn off the fire.
Cover the pot, and leave for 10 mins. (timing is very important!)
Meanwhile, prepare ice. Put in a bowl, and fill in the water.
Once 10 mins is up, take out the egg.
Put egg into iced water...
Cool down the egg....
Crack the egg shell and peel off the shell..
And u're done! Cut open the egg, and have it with your ramen!
