Cut rinsed chicken into small pieces.
Combine garlic, onion, thyme, salt and black pepper to the chicken.
Add browning to the mix and stir thoroughly.
Combine curry and vegetable oil in pot. Stir under medium heat for 2-3 mins.
Add chicken to the pot and stir in until all sides are covered with curry.
Add JUST enough water to ALMOST cover the chicken. Cover and let it cook under medium to low heat for about 45 mins.
