Supplies

  • 1 Pizza dough
  • ¼ Pounds Salami
  • ¼ Pounds Ham
  • ¼ Pounds Pepperoni
  • ⅛ Pounds Mozzarella
  • ⅛ Pounds Provolone
  • Fresh basil (few leaves)
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 Pinch Italian Seasoning
  • Baking Sheet
  • Instructions

    Step 1

Gather your ingredients: see list provided.

    Step 2

Spray cooking sheet non stick spray.

    Step 3

Roll out pizza dough (any brand or home made will work)

    Step 4

Drizzle 1 Tbsp Olive oil over dough.

    Step 5

Using pastry brush, spread Olive Oil evenly.

    Step 6

Start single layering your meats (no particular order) and the provolone cheese only onto the dough.

    Step 7

Once you have the meats & cheese layered, add some fresh basil leaves. These come from my garden. Most groceries carry fresh herbs in produce section.

    Step 8

Sprinkle all over any brand Italian Seasoning. Don't have this blend, oregano would be fine.

    Step 9

I cut my mozzarella cheese into 1/4 s and placed on top of all other ingredients.

    Step 10

At one end, begin to tug & roll the dough away from you.

    Step 11

Once completely rolled & seam put on bottom, cut with knife three venting slits.

    Step 12

Brush the top with either Olive oil or an egg white wash. You can then sprinkle with a little more Italian seasoning.

    Step 13

Bake in oven at 400 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

    Step 14

Hot out of the oven! Let set for a few minutes before slicing into pieces.

    Step 15

Nom, Nom... Enjoy! *some enjoy dipping into marinara sauce*
