How to Cook Italian Penne Bake

Quick easy and delicious!


  • Penne pasta
  • 1can of petite diced tomatoes
  • 1can mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1-2 pounds ground turkey
  • 1 jar prego traditional sauce
  • 1-2 cups shredded Parmesan cheese. NOT Powdered!
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Preheat oven to 350 and brown ground turkey.

    Step 2

    Prepare pasta as instructions on box.

    Step 3

    Sauté mushrooms and onions with garlic. I do this as a separate step instead of with my meat since my kids don't eat them. Skip a step and cook with meat.

    Step 4

    Add pasta, meat, mushrooms and onions, tomatoes, and sauce into a pot and mix all together.

    Step 5

    Spoon into pampered chef square stone baker. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Bake for 10 minutes on 350.
