How to Cook Hot Peppers and Sliced Pork

  • 1 Slice pork butt
  • Dried Tofu
  • Hot Pepper
  • Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Teaspoon Cornstarch
  • Dark Soy sauce
  • Shaohsing cooking wine
  • Ginger
  • Scallion
  • Light soy sauce
  • Salt
  • Vegetable Broth
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Sliced pork with cornstarch and vegetable oil

    Step 2

    Dried Tofu

    Step 3

    Sliced Dried Tofu

    Step 4

    Hot peppers - remove seeds

    Step 5

    Add Dark Soy sauce and Mix

    Step 6

    Add just a teaspoon for flavor

    Step 7

    Add Ginger and scallion

    Step 8

    Bring water to a boil and Blanch Dried tofu

    Step 9

    Add oil

    Step 10

    Add peppers and dried tofu Mix in soy saue

    Step 11

    Remove all

    Step 12

    Add oil

    Step 13

    Add ginger, scallions and pork

    Step 14

    Cook pork well done

    Mix in dried tofu and peppers

    Add vegetable broth and reduce
