How to Cook Honey Mustard Coleslaw

I saw it on tv and kinda arranged as I like. Try this, it's pretty good!!

Supplies

  • Cabbage
  • Carrot
  • Ham
  • Honey
  • Seeded mustard
  • Vinegar
  • Mayonnaise
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Boiled egg
  • Cheese (optional)
  • Corn (optional)
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Cut cabbage. I usually cut bite size but you can cut however you like.

    Step 2

    Put cut cabbage in a bowl.

    Step 3

    Sprinkle some salt.

    Step 4

    Add vinegar too. You can add maybe like 1/2 cup or so. Sorry I never measure lol

    Step 5

    Marinate well by squeezing hard and mix well. Let sit for about 15min + .

    Meanwhile cut carrot. You can thin slice like this....

    And stack sliced carrots and cut thin like this.

    Cut ham. Cube size will do but also whatever you like is ok too lol

    I love cheese so I'm adding some! Tiny cube size of your favorite cheese.

    Step 10

    Now after about 15-20min, water should be coming out from the cabbage. Squeeze them hard to remove water.

    Step 11

    Squeeze real hard and put them in a different container. This might take some time but getting rid of the water is important.

    Step 12

    Add with cut carrot.

    Step 13

    Add cut boiled eggs.

    Step 14

    Add ham.

    Step 15

    Add mayo and mix.

    Step 16

    Here I have seeded mustard. Add some.

    Step 17

    Now add honey too.

    Step 18

    Add cheese...and mix well. Salt and pepper to taste. Sorry but I never measure so you can just mix and taste to see if you wanna add more mayo or mustard or honey. Adding some corn is also yummy!
