Chop onion and garlic sauté in olive oil until translucent
Mix beef, spices, egg, Worcestershire sauce together until it forms a ball
Divide into patties
Remove onions and brown patties on both sides then add squash, zucchini, cover patties with onions then top with greens
Top with balsamic vinegar
Cook for about 10 min covered then remove cover to allow liquid to reduce cook until meat reaches 120-160 depending on how you like your beef cooked.
Remove patty strain veggies then place liquid on high heat to reduce to a nice thick sauce.
