How to Cook Healthy Protein Pancakes

Low calorie pancakes that you won't feel bad about!! Taste great too :)

Supplies

  • 1 Whole egg
  • 2 Egg whites
  • ¾ Cups Low fat milk
  • 2 Scoops low carb protein
  • ¾ Cups Wholemeal self rising flour
  • Raspberries or 1/2 banana (optional)
  • 1 Kitchen blender
  • Canola oil spray
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Gather all your ingredients

    Step 2

    Add all your ingredients into blender

    Step 3

    Blend on high speed for 10-15 seconds or until smooth

    Step 4

    If mixture is runny add more flour to thicken (about 1/4 cup) and blend for a few more seconds.

    Step 5

    Spray pan with canola cooking spray and turn the stove on high heat.

    Step 6

    Pour some mixture in pan to the size you desire and cook for 1 min on each side :) cook all your mixture.

    Step 7

    Serve with honey (if you like) rather than maple syrup as a healthier option but don't go crazy! Enjoy :) hope you like!
