Grab tilapia filets. Season liberally with oliv oil, then salt, pepper, and dried basil leaves (oregano works, too).
Place each tilapia on a large piece of foil. Add sliced red plum cherry tomatoes and olives.
Place cilantro (or Italian parsley) and sliced garlic in the foil package. Make sure you take a moment to appreciate the contrast in color.
Preheat grill for 15 mins on high. 15 mins. Don't cheat. Toss the folded package with one slit on top for 5 mins. Remove from grill. Leave the package alone for 12 minutes. Open and plate.
