by Ardo Kusuma

Cook simple potstickers with ground turkey inside it.

Supplies

  • 2 Teaspoons Chicken Broth
  • 1.50 Teaspoons Salt
  • 1 Ground Turkey
  • 2 Teaspoons Sesame Oil
  • 2 Teaspoons Rice Wine
  • 2 Teaspoons Sweet Cooking Rice Seasoning
  • 2 Teaspoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 Chive
  • 1 Garlic
  • Cabbage
  • 0.50 Red Onion
  • Instructions

    Step 1

Prepare the ingredients. Onions, cabbage, chive, garlic, and ground turkey. I got the ground turkey from Costco.

    Step 2

Gather up all these sauces. And no, you do not need that Grey Goose. Ignore that

    Step 3

Look under Supplies tab on how much you need to put the sauces into the mix.

    Step 4

Mix them well. Just use your hand.

    Step 5

This is the potsticker wrap that I use. Got it from some Asian market.

    Step 6

Get some water and put some flour into it. Mix them well. We will need this to make the wrap.

    Step 7

Put the turkey into the wrapper and wrap it nicely

    Step 8

Heat up some oil. I use olive oil.

    Step 9

Nicely put the potstickers onto the pan

    Step 10

Fill up the pan space with these majestic potstickers. Keep the heat between mid and high. No need to flip them. Just need to keep checking the side on the pan to make sure they're not burnt :P

    Step 11

After about 5 or 10 mins. Steam the potstickers with water.

    Step 12

After a while, about 5 or 10 mins again, it should look about like this. And you should be done!

    Step 13

That's what they should look like when it's done (that's the side on the pan)
