Wash if the chicken and pat dry. Use a fork to poke holes into the chicken. Then poor the sallied dressing over the chicken. Let it marinade wail you prep all the other food.
Turn the grill on so it will be nice and hot for the chicken. I do love some nice grill marks:-)
Dice the strawberries and apple. And toss with some lemon juice to keep from browning.
Cut an inch of the bottom of the asparagus and add garlic to it and rub it all over. Then cut the mushrooms into slices.
Satay mushrooms until wilted then put aside.
Once your done cutting the mushrooms put the chicken on the grill. Once the chicken is half way done add the asparagus to the grill. Cook the asparagus until it has slight char to it.
In a bowl out the greens in and add strawberries, mushrooms and apple mix. Then dice up the chicken and add to salid. I used ranch dressing to top it. The the asparagus on a plate on the side.
